Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Definitions

‘Service’ means the Good Morning Images website and related features operated by us.

‘Subscription’ means a paid plan billed on a recurring basis with auto‑renewal.

‘User Content’ means content you submit, upload or otherwise provide while using the Service.

Subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

We may modify plan features from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance.

Billing and Price Changes

You authorize us (via PayPal) to charge the subscription fee and applicable taxes each billing period. If a charge fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment is completed.

We may change prices with prior notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel at any time from Account/Subscription settings or by contacting us by email. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the current period; past charges are not refunded.

We may suspend or terminate the Service if you materially breach these Terms.

Refunds

We offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee for each billing period. You may request a refund within 7 days of the payment for that period by emailing us with your registered email and PayPal subscription ID.

After 7 days, refunds are generally not provided except where required by law.

Intellectual Property and License

All rights in the site, generated outputs, code and marks are owned by us or our licensors.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to use the Service and its outputs for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

You may share images generated by the Service on social media for personal, non‑commercial purposes, but you must not remove or obscure any notices, and you must not use outputs for any commercial purpose (including resale, redistribution, advertising, product packaging, or uploading to paid asset libraries). For commercial use, please contact us.

Prohibited Uses

• Violating laws or third‑party rights;
• Reverse engineering, probing or circumventing access controls or paywalls;
• Bulk automated scraping/downloading or otherwise harming stability or security;
• Using the Service or outputs for unlawful, violent, defamatory, hateful, adult or otherwise inappropriate purposes.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation; we are not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by networks, third‑party services or policy changes, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to paid users for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total subscription fees you actually paid for the Service in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; or (ii) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). For free users, the aggregate cap is twenty US dollars (USD 20).

The above does not apply to willful misconduct or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Where your jurisdiction does not allow full or partial limitations, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site and/or email at least 7 days before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR.

Nothing in this section affects any non‑waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of ambiguity or inconsistency, the Chinese version shall prevail.
